Design & Build Process
- Initial meeting to learn about project scope. Studiokimi will provide an estimate for design and construction
- Review design & build estimate (proposal) and entre the design phase
- Once the design and all material selection is finalized Studiokimi will provide fixed construction cost and schedule
- Begin construction
