Nestled in the heart of a vibrant neighbourhood, this project showcases a bold and dramatic transformation for a young couple’s home. Encompassing a full-house renovation, we re-imagined the first and second floors, including the kitchen, dining area, two bathrooms, mudroom, laundry room, and staircase. The design, completed in just four weeks, cantered on striking contrasts, with dramatic interplay between light and dark tones creating a visually captivating aesthetic. With a construction period of eight weeks and a budget of $200,000, the result is a harmonious blend of functionality and bold design, perfectly tailored to the couple’s modern lifestyle.

the true showstopper of this custom house is the home theater, which features a split floor level and comfortable seating for the whole family. It’s the perfect spot for movie nights or for catching the big game. And when you need to relax and unwind, the large walk-out basement is the perfect spot. It’s the perfect place to set up a home gym or create a cozy den.
Every detail of this custom house has been carefully considered and expertly executed, resulting in a truly one-of-a-kind home. In the laundry room, we embraced functionality without compromising on style. The modern design maintains continuity with the home’s overarching aesthetic, while checkered flooring introduces a playful yet timeless element, turning a practical space into one filled with character and interest.
The bathrooms received a complete reimagination, blending functionality with refined design touches. Careful attention was given to contrast, with thoughtfully chosen flooring and wall finishes creating a dynamic yet harmonious interplay.
