Your day starts and ends here. We design bathrooms to feel like a retreat, not a room you pass through — warm materials, considered lighting, and storage that disappears into the design.
At Glengarry we built two: a warm oak ensuite for the morning, and a green-tiled spa with a jacuzzi downstairs for the end of the day. Same home, two completely different moods — both designed and built by Studio Kimi.

How long does a bathroom renovation in Mississauga take?
Design phase 4–6 weeks. Construction 4–8 weeks per bathroom depending on scope. Permitting, if required, adds a few weeks.
Do I need a permit for a bathroom renovation in Mississauga?
Cosmetic swaps don’t. Moving plumbing or electrical, or structural changes, do. We handle the drawings and submit on your behalf.
Do you only design bathrooms?
No. We design whole homes — kitchens, living spaces, primary suites, bathrooms, and additions. Many clients start with one bathroom and continue room by room.
Can you work with my contractor, or do you bring your own?
As we are also a design-build studio, we bring our own trades. We’re also happy to work with your contractor of choice.
Do you offer virtual consultations for Mississauga clients?
Yes, for initial conversations. The site measurement and design refinement work happens in person.
