We’re Studio Kimi, an interior design studio based in Mississauga and Oakville. We work with hotel operators and boutique developers across Ontario who understand that the guest experience starts long before anyone says hello — it starts the moment they walk through the door.

Hospitality design is about building a brand experience your guests can feel in every detail — the light in the corridor, the materials under their hands, the flow from lobby to room. Every decision is intentional or it isn’t. There’s no middle ground.
One of the biggest mistakes we see is hospitality projects that treat interior design as the last step — something you do after everything else is figured out. By then, the decisions that matter most have already been made for you.

We come in early. We handle everything — from brand concept and space planning to construction drawings, FF&E selection, and all the way through to project management and procurement. We stay involved through construction so nothing gets lost between the drawings and the build.
