It’s post-war bungalows in Aldershot. Mid-century homes in Roseland and Shoreacres. Newer builds in Alton Village and The Orchard. Lakeside homes off New Street. Each comes with different bones, codes, and limits.

Challenges we solve.
- Post-war bungalows in Aldershot.Opening up the main floor often needs structural engineering and City of Burlington permit drawings. We handle both.
- Mid-century homes in Roseland.Lower ceilings and smaller windows. We redesign for light and flow without raising the roof.
- Lakeside and Shoreacres homes.Good bones and generous lots. The design problem is restraint, not scope.

Questions we hear often.
How long does a home renovation in Burlington take?
Design phase 8–12 weeks for a whole home. Construction 4–9 months depending on scope. City of Burlington permitting typically adds 6–10 weeks.
Do I need a permit to renovate in Burlington?
Cosmetic work doesn’t. Structural changes, plumbing and electrical relocation, and additions do. We handle the permit drawings and submit to the City of Burlington on your behalf.
Do you only design kitchens?
No. We design whole homes — kitchens, living spaces, primary suites, bathrooms, and additions. The kitchen is often the anchor, but the work is the whole home.
Can you work with my contractor, or do you bring your own?
As we are also a design-build studio, we bring our own trades. We’re also happy to work with your contractor of choice.
Do you offer virtual consultations for Burlington clients?
Yes, for initial conversations. The site measurement and design refinement work happens in person.
